Information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account or use VybePilot — including your name, email, business name, and the event/client information you record inside the product. We also collect basic technical information like browser, device, and IP for security and analytics.
How we use data
We use your data to operate VybePilot for you: to power your dashboard, client portals, music tools, contracts, payments, communications, and reporting. We also use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve the product.
Client and event data
Information you store about your clients and events is yours. VybePilot processes it on your behalf so your clients can use the portal, submit music requests, sign contracts, and communicate with your team. We do not sell that data to third parties.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. VybePilot does not store full card numbers on our servers. Refer to Stripe's privacy notice for how Stripe handles payment data.
Cookies and analytics
We use first-party cookies for authentication and product analytics. We use Vercel Speed Insights to monitor performance. We may add other analytics providers; if we do, we'll update this page.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where the underlying provider supports it. No system is perfectly secure — if we discover a breach that affects your data, we'll let you know.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, request that we correct or delete it, or close your account at any time. For accounts subject to GDPR / CCPA-style rights, we honor the relevant requests and process them through our contact form.
