Use of VybePilot

VybePilot is software for clients, DJs, and event companies to plan and run events. By using it, you agree to use it for its intended purpose and within applicable law.

Accounts

You're responsible for your account and for activity that happens under it. Keep your credentials safe. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans bill monthly. You can change or cancel from your settings at any time. We don't pro-rate by default. Refunds for unused time are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payments to your clients via Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms.

Client portals

Client portals let your clients access event details, music requests, files, and messages. You're responsible for what you share with each client and for the conduct of users you invite to your VybePilot org.

User content and files

You retain ownership of the content you upload to VybePilot. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We don't use your content for marketing or to train third-party models.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, no spam, no scraping or reverse-engineering, no overloading our systems, no impersonation. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and beta status

VybePilot is in active development. Features may change. We aim for high availability, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta period. We'll communicate known issues and major changes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VybePilot is provided “as is.” We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
